The Crisis Management Program For Healthcare includes free 90-day access to the following:

1. Chatmeter’s White-Glove Local Listings Management Service

2. The LocationHQ Dashboard

3. Chatmeter’s Social Publishing (Complimentary add-on)

This program does not apply to the following products:

  • Local Pages
  • Analytics Studio Plus or Premium
  • ChatExec

In order to make updates to your listings quickly, the following are not included in our Listings Management offering:

  • Facebook Listing Management (Facebook for social media publishing is included.)
  • De-duplicating
  • Claiming Listings

After 90-days, any adjustments made to your listings during this time will stay intact. However, access to Chatmeter’s tools and services will be disabled. If your healthcare organization would like to continue service, we’d be happy to connect you with our sales team. 

Our plan is to promote this program through the end of May. Depending on response, need, and changes in the pandemic, we will reassess and extend the sign-up period as needed.

We will ask for access to local directory accounts such as Google My Business. You can also add credentials for social media and review sites to monitor as well.

The Crisis Management Program for Healthcare includes listing management for the following providers: Google, Bing, and several other important sites — we are actively recruiting other partners to join us in this endeavour and we’ll be updating your listings across many other sites as they join the program.
