THE PROBLEM

RAM Partners, LLC. know the value of being present, accessible, and trusted online. As a multi-family organization, their online reputation and visibility are key pieces to their sales process.  So when the World Health Organization declared the COVID-19 virus a pandemic in March of 2020, RAM Partners knew that they needed to strengthen their digital experience and online reputation in order to deliver the best possible experience for new and existing tenants.

THE SOLUTION

When the pandemic started, RAM Partners looked to Chatmeter to help grow their online presence. As a Chatmeter partner since 2016, RAM Partners knew that the easiest way to quickly adapt to shifting consumer expectations would be to reinforce consumer trust by providing quick, clear, and accessible information and communication online. RAM Partners worked with Chameter to accomplish the following goals:

  • Strengthen their review management process.

  • Control their local listing presence and accuracy across major directories at scale.

  • Reach and engage with more tenants through social media.

THE RESULTS

Based on year-over-year improvements between 2019 (3/11/2019 – 3/11/2020) and 2020 (3/11/2020 – 3/11/2021).

IMPROVING ONLINE REVIEWS

In 2019, RAM Partners averaged an 83% review response rate. This is higher than the industry average in 2019 of 70%. Their ability to increase this by 6% in 2020 is impressive considering the industry average fell 3 points to 67%.
