The sales development role is key in building relationships with new clients who will soon love us. You will be a pro at reaching out to potential customers and getting them on the phone. No one can stop you, especially not gate-keepers who make it hard to score executive info!


  • Create a fantastic first impression on industry professionals while building a pipeline for assigned region
  • This is a hunting role! You will be doing outbound phone and email prospecting into Fortune 1000 companies
  • Enter and organize prospect contact info in Salesforce 
  • Achieve/exceed monthly quota of qualified opportunities 
  • Maintain 100 calls and 50+ emails a day (we have sales automation software)
  • Track your pipeline and communicate forecasts to your manager, VP, and Operations

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required...hustle is more important than a degree
  • 1-3 years of full-time sales experience (SaaS sales is a plus)
  • 6 months of corporate prospecting experience 
  • Demonstrated success in breaking records and exceeding monthly quota 
  • Experience working and setting appointments with Fortune 1000 companies
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and LinkedIn


  • Base salary + uncapped commission

  • First year OTE of $50,000 - $75,000+
